As I looked ahead to this year, I initially prepared to do something very traditional: a price increase. I haven’t raised prices in several years, even as the real costs of sustaining this work have continued to rise (including my healthcare nearly doubling overnight).
While that made sense on paper, it stopped feeling quite right.
Things feel intense out there. Budgets are tighter. Work is shifting. Nervous systems are carrying a lot. And what I know to be true — in my body and through years of this work — is this:
When people feel better in their bodies, they are more grounded, more regulated, and better able to show up for their lives and their communities. That matters right now.
So instead of a standard price increase, I’m offering something different.
How This Pricing Model Works
This is a community-supported, sliding-scale membership, offered for a 6-month period (Jan-July 2026) to see if it’s sustainable for all of us.

A Final Note
We'll try this for six-months — a way to respond to the moment we’re in with care, creativity, and integrity. It feels a little vulnerable to try something new, and it also feels deeply aligned with the values this community is built on.
