Join us for a week of embodied practice.
Days will begin with morning meditation and gentle movement, followed by a delicious breakfast. Most days will have dance and strength practices to get you in your body and feel empowered.
Afternoons will allow you free time to wonder to the beach, take a nap, read that book that you've had on the backburner, chat with other Hermosas, journal, or whatever else your heart desires. As we close each day with intention, there will be an offering of gentle yoga to unwind before dinner.
This Hermosas Retreat weaves together daily physical practice, soul nourishing food, and time for deep connection to ourselves and other amazing women.

PAYMENT: Payments in full are being accepted now. If you need to divide your payments, please contact Heather directly to set this option up; there is an administrative fee with this.
SCENTS: Incense and essential oils are used at retreats.
TRAVEL: Check-in at Mar de Jade is 2pm on Saturday, June 15 and check-out is Saturday, June 22 at 11am. Information on travel can be requested from Heather upon sign-up.
CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT: In the event that a registrant needs to cancel for any reason, no refund is possible. If, however, your spot is able to be filled by another participant, your total payment (minus $500 that is totally nonrefundable) can be transferred to another retreat, limited to one year from the date of cancelled program. If your spot is unable to be filled, no refund or transfers are possible.
CANCELLATION BY HEATHER ALAINE, LLC: In the event that the program has to be cancelled or postponed to a later date for any reason, your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled program will be transferred to another retreat, limited to one year from the date of cancelled program.
TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: In the event of cancellation at any time, for any reason, and by any party, Heather Alaine, LLC WILL NOT be held responsible for refund of airline tickets, ticket change fees or other travel expenses. For these reasons we STRONGLY URGE that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
COVID POLICY: In order to ensure the health and safety of everyone, we will follow these guidelines: Taking Covid tests 24 hours prior to travel as upon arriving, limiting physical interactions as much as possible 2 weeks prior to travel and wearing N95/KN95 masks around in that period as well as during travel. HeatherAlaine reserves the right for additional protocols in order to keep the group as safe.
